You'll be manually sourcing and recruiting buyers globally—sliding into DMs, joining groups, and thinking strategically about where to find the right people. You don't need to be a sneaker expert (though it's a bonus), but you DO need to be someone who can hustle and build relationships.

✅ What You'll Be Doing
Buyer Sourcing & Community Building (Primary Focus - 80%)
- Manually source and recruit buyers globally across multiple platforms:
- Instagram: Identify and DM potential buyers via stories, posts, and followers of other wholesale accounts
- WhatsApp: Extract contacts from existing open groups and initiate DMs
- Discord, Telegram, other B2B group chats: Join, extract contacts, and engage strategically
- Add qualified buyers to a WhatsApp group to build and retain a large, engaged buyer community
- Think strategically about where to find new buyers—don't just wait for inbound leads
- Focus on verified buyers who make bulk purchases: sneaker store owners, international resellers, businesses involved in bulk buying
- Target both high-profile and low-profile buyers, including those in emerging resale markets outside the U.S.
- Build relationships and maintain engagement within the buyer community
Executive Support & Administration (20%)
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and optimize scheduling across US time zones
- Handle confidential correspondence and communications on behalf of executives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials as needed
- Maintain organized filing systems and manage sensitive documents with discretion
