Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) with a strong background in decisioning expertise and technical solution ownership. As a Pega CDH Developer at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, elaboration, and implementation of business processes, strategies, and rules that drive our clients' success. Your expertise in Pega CDH v8.8 and experience in working with various analytical models, alert designers, and action & offer management life cycles will be essential in delivering high-quality solutions that exceed our clients' expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, elaboration, and implementation of business processes, strategies, and rules using Pega CDH v8.8
- Develop and implement decisioning components, including decision tables, scorecards, filters, strategy sets, switches, and ranking
- Design and extend Pega framework(s) using class structure/hierarchy/use case design and data models
- Create new treatment groups, classes, properties, and data elements within Pega
- Evaluate the impact of change requests to logic and update design documents as necessary
- Develop custom systems integration solution components as dictated by business requirements
- Apply design principles of decisioning strategies, Next Best Action, and Predictive analysis
- Integrate with APIc (Azure), file storage, and secure file transfer technologies
- Collaborate with teams to perform deployment and code-merge activities
- Participate in Agile methodology, preferably SAFe, to deliver solutions within structured time frames
- Conduct hands-on testing within the Pega 8.x platform(s)
Essential Qualifications
- Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) with strong decisioning expertise and technical solution ownership
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Pega CDH v8.8
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leading design, elaboration, and implementation of business processes, strategies, and rules
- Minimum 3 years of experience in creating new treatment groups, classes, properties, and data elements within Pega
- Minimum 3 years of experience in evaluating the impact of change requests to logic and updating design documents as necessary
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building/updating decisioning components and updating decisioning strategies and design
- Good working experience and skills in applying design principles of decisioning strategies, Next Best Action, and Predictive analysis
- Experience in APIc (Azure) integration, file storage, and secure file transfer technologies
- Experience in Agile methodology, preferably SAFe, with a focus on delivering solutions within structured time frames
- Hands-on testing experience within the Pega 8.x platform(s)
- Good communication and collaborative skills, with experience working with business and technology teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with PostgreSQL, Oracle, IBM DB2, and other database types
- 1-3 years of experience and working knowledge in SalesForce Marketing/Service cloud
- 1-3 years of experience and working knowledge in APIc (AWS), Benz (AWS), Braze (SaaS) technologies, and authentication protocols
- Experience in IVR Technologies like AYAYA, CISCO, Chatbot, etc.
