Role
Take a proactive stance in solving data challenges to enhance platform performance, consistency, and accuracy.
Design, maintain, and refine scalable data models to support business applications and analytics, with an eye for adapting to evolving data needs.
Work with autonomy to address significant company-wide issues and develop solutions that span across teams.
Acquire a product understanding of our games and build data pipelines to promote new data analytics use cases.
Maintain comprehensive documentation to support effective project management and collaboration.
Advocate for a strong data quality culture to enable faster, more reliable decision-making.
Keep up-to-date with the latest data technologies and methodologies ensuring our team remains at the forefront of data engineering, data visualization, data tools, and infrastructure innovation.
Profile
Engineering/Computer Science background with solid experience in crafting complex, optimized SQL queries and a solid understanding of data modeling and data warehousing principles (3 years minimum)
Solid experience with the modern data stack, particularly DBT Core, Redshift (or equivalent), git, and Tableau (or equivalent), is necessary.
Experience with CI/CD, Airflow and Docker.
Terraform, K8s and ArgoCD are a plus.
Excellent communication skills, with ability to understand and communicate on both business or technical topics. English is mandatory
