Job Overview and Responsibilities As a BeSomeone Life Coach Intern, you'll be matched with a high school student and provide one-on-one coaching sessions via Discord. Your primary responsibilities will include: Guiding and empowering your client to explore their goals, challenges, and aspirations Building genuine connections and creating a safe space for your client to express themselves Developing essential skills such as goal-setting, confidence-building, stress management, and decision-making Facilitating growth and progress through a structured 11-week program based on the book "How to Navigate Life" Serving as a trusted mentor and role model, celebrating your client's victories and supporting them through challenges What You'll Gain from This Experience As a BeSomeone Life Coach Intern, you'll not only be making a tangible difference in the life of a high school student, but you'll also be gaining valuable experience and skills that will benefit you in the long run. Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to empathize with and understand the challenges faced by high school students.
