About the Role As a Clinician at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes, you will have the opportunity to work with students of all ages, providing one-to-one and small group instruction in a supportive and encouraging environment. You will be responsible for implementing our proprietary programs, which are designed to help students improve their reading, comprehension, and overall learning skills. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group instruction to students, implementing specific lesson plans under the direction of Learning Center leadership Facilitate the use of our curriculum for Lindamood-Bell Academy students Interact positively and professionally with clients and staff to provide a safe and positive learning environment Manage client records electronically using a computer Participate in ongoing training and professional development to ensure you are equipped to deliver our programs effectively Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent reading, spelling, and comprehension skills, as well as basic computer skills and the ability to type notes about student performance while leading engaging sessions. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but an Associate's degree, Early Childhood Education certificate, or actively pursuing a degree is also acceptable. Prior teaching experience is not required, as we provide comprehensive training in our programs.
