Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat and text messages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Provide thoughtful, grammatically correct, and personalized responses that meet the highest standards of customer service, reflecting blithequark's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, demonstrating a sense of urgency and responsiveness that aligns with our customer-centric approach.
- Identify and report system errors or anomalies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our technology and processes.
- Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour, ensuring that our service levels are consistently met and exceeded.
- Operate within multiple software platforms, demonstrating adaptability and technical proficiency in a rapidly evolving environment.
Education and Skills Required:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

We offer two alternative schedules to accommodate different lifestyles and preferences:
- Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF).
- Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF).
