Job Summary

As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will be responsible for developing client relationships, providing product solutions that meet our customers' needs, and driving sales growth. Your day-to-day tasks will include building relationships with customers, demonstrating vehicles, and closing sales deals. Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with customers and create a loyal client base by providing exceptional customer service and support
- Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers, suggesting trade-ins, and meeting prospects at community activities
- Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features, and taking customers on test drives
- Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating prices, and completing sales or purchase contracts
- Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product offerings, optional packages, and technology, and be able to communicate this information effectively to customers
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles, and follow up with buyers to ensure referral business
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations, and direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Available to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, and be willing to put in the time and effort required to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ready to learn new product information and stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments
- Fantastic communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and communicate complex product information in a clear and concise manner
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance, and a positive attitude that reflects the company's values and mission
- Valid Driver's License, and a willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen (THC is not tested for pre-employment)
- Must be at least 18 years or older, and have a high school diploma or equivalent
