Experienced Bi-Lingual Emergency Roadside Dispatcher /Overnight Operations Assistant

Our operations assistant position is a highly valued position that manages and coordinates Technicians with clients that are in need of assistance. We are an Emergency Roadside Company who specializes in providing semi truck and trailer repair service to stranded motorists all throughout the FL! Title : Operations Assistant FSLA Status : Hourly (non-exempt) • Safety Sensitive: * Yes Our ideal Candidate: • Experience Not Required (We will Train!) • High Call Volume / Fast Paced Environment • Punctual / Professional • Highly Motivated / Ambitious • Positive Attitude / Exceptional Customer Service • Reliable High Level of Integrity • Ability to Multi-Task • Familiarity of the Central FL Areas • The ability to read and understand maps • Strong Organizational Skills / Strong Office/Computer Skills Required Qualifications: • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) • Ability to sit for long periods of time • Safety Sensitive Position Job Duties and Position Details: • Our dispatch position requires the dispatcher to assign incoming service calls to the infield battery technicians to provide prompt response times to the stranded motorists. • As a dispatcher, you would oversee our technicians throughout FL and coordinate timely response to the customers. • Dispatchers must always maintain the highest level of professionalism whether it is speaking with a technician or customers in field or a supervisor at the facility. • As a dispatcher, you would be required to maintain and submit daily reports to the management team and communicate any challenges to your supervisor immediately. • Dispatchers are required to answer incoming phone calls and gather information and forward to a supervisor or another member of the office staff. • Dispatchers may also be assigned additional projects from time to time. • Full Time • This position is for the night shift. Nights & Weekends are required.
