**Job Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers in English and Spanish to provide product information, answer questions, and resolve issues
* Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
**Minimum Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency in both verbal and written forms
