**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist - Overnights, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, and you will be equipped with the tools and training necessary to excel in this role.
**Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
* Be a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
* Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat.
* Understand customer needs and recommend arenaflex's best solutions.
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering.
* Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

* Full-Time Hours: Friday - Tuesday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM.
