As a Senior Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-growing environment where you can put your skills, passions, and energy to work. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our customers, providing support to your team members, and serving as a resource or subject matter expert. You will be the voice of our organization, and your goal will be to identify and exceed our customer expectations by building strong relationships internally and externally.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. You will also need to have at least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of experience in a medical office, call center in healthcare, or office setting in healthcare. Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications is also required, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport, and respond to customers in a compassionate manner. You will also need to have proficient conflict management skills, including the ability to resolve stressful situations. Additionally, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
