What You’ll Be Doing As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you will be the difference between an average and exceptional customer experience. Your passion for helping others will shine through as you: - Answer incoming communications from customers, providing timely and compassionate support - Conduct research to provide accurate answers and resolve customer issues with a smile - Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences What You Bring to the Role To succeed in this role, you will need: - Fluency in both English and Spanish - At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting - Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient privacy - A high school diploma or equivalent - Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps) - A USB wired headset (or an alternative headset, excluding Bluetooth headsets) - A smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android (e.g., iPad) for daily log-in What You Can Expect At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting your career and professional development.
