Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (working directly with customers, solving problems); Associate degree, with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Must be able to work onsite only at our Brooklyn, NY location
- Bilingual in Spanish with a strong command of the English Language, able to assist customers in both English and Spanish (training will be in English)
- Professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
