**Responsibilities**
As a Billing & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
* Entering bills of lading into our internal inquiry system with speed and accuracy, ensuring that all necessary information is captured and recorded correctly.
* Learning and retaining industry terms related to billing, including National Motor Freight Classification, to ensure that you're able to accurately process and manage billing-related tasks.
* Communicating any paperwork issues to our Service Centers, working closely with our team to resolve any problems that may arise.
* Performing all necessary audits as assigned, ensuring that our internal systems are accurate and up-to-date.
* Entering proper Hazardous Materials bills as assigned, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
* Assisting our Service Centers with any questions related to billing, providing expert guidance and support to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service.
* Assisting in identifying and communicating all issues relevant to billing, working closely with our team to resolve any problems that may arise.
* Reviewing our weekly Error Report for feedback and accuracy of corrections, ensuring that our internal systems are accurate and up-to-date.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* Exceptional data entry skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
* Ability to work late afternoons and evenings, as this is a 2nd shift position.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with our Service Centers and other team members.
* Ability to learn and retain industry terms related to billing, including National Motor Freight Classification.
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
**Preferred Qualifications**
