As a key member of our healthcare customer service team, you'll play a vital role in providing eligibility, benefits, and claim status to our valued members. If you're a customer service enthusiast with a strong background in healthcare, we want to hear from you! **Position Overview** As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Answering phones promptly and professionally, handling high volumes of inbound calls from providers * Confirming benefits and eligibility for our members * Reading and understanding Benefit Overviews to provide accurate information to our members * Responding to claim inquiries via phone and email, ensuring that our members receive timely and accurate information about their claims * Familiarity with reading Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to provide clear and concise explanations to our members * Meeting and adhering to all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics, ensuring that our team is meeting and exceeding our service standards * Completing daily tasks efficiently, even in between calls, to ensure that our members receive prompt and accurate service * Adhering to all policies and procedures, ensuring that our team is compliant with all regulatory requirements **Why Work with Us** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's supportive, inclusive, and empowering.
