**Responsibilities and Duties**
As a chat brand representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Being brand passionate – sharing your love and expertise for the game and arenaflex products with customers
* Using primarily arenaflex golf equipment to provide expert advice and recommendations
* Communicating with customers at a professional level, providing exceptional service and support
* Familiarity with the arenaflex site and any related media/searches
* Ability to compare and analyze competitor products to provide informed recommendations
* Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once
**Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 5+ years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances
* 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a focus on arenaflex products
* In-depth knowledge of current and past arenaflex products, as well as similar products from other brands
* Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all arenaflex products, from enthusiast to pro level
* Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
**Compensation and Perks**
As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll enjoy:
* Performance-based rewards redeemable for arenaflex products and/or gift cards
* Chat interactions paid out weekly on an hourly basis of $15
* Remote position from anywhere you can connect to the internet
