**Responsibilities**
As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
* Providing product and service information, as well as scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our dealer clients have a comprehensive understanding of customer preferences and needs
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
**Requirements**
To apply for this role, you'll need:
* Your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
* To live within the state of Texas
* A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, as this is a remote position
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
* Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
