**Job Summary**
As a Claims Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling internal and external phone and email inquiries, providing information and explanations on various levels of contract coverage and claims processes. You'll work closely with our Claims Adjudication Department to analyze information in our Vehicle Service Contract and claims system, advise customers on benefit amounts, and manage workflow to ensure seamless claims processing. **Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze information in our Vehicle Service Contract and claims system to advise customers on the appropriate benefit amounts
* Request and distribute internal information to aid the Claims Adjudication Department
* Answer phone and email inquiries, providing information and explanations on various levels of contract coverage and claims processes
* Manage workflow, process, and complete all requests and documents according to established procedures
* Collaborate with management and coworkers in a friendly team environment, utilizing camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management
* Perform other job duties as assigned
**Key to Success**
* Minimum High School graduate or GED required
* Strong organizational and customer service skills, with the ability to problem-solve and multitask
* Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with contract holders, agents, dealers, internal staff/upper management, and customers
* Proficient working on a PC, with a working knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn new programs quickly
* Type at least 35 wpm and document information while discussing claims over the phone
* Automotive Service Department experience preferred, with a background in Warranty Administrators, BDC Representatives, Automotive Cashiers/Receptionists, or Service Writers
