About blithequark and the Role blithequark's direct-to-consumer streaming services have revolutionized the way people consume entertainment content, bringing beloved brands like Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic to fans worldwide. As a Commercial Planning Supervisor, you will play a critical role in shaping the business strategy and driving growth for blithequark's streaming services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand and performance marketing, country teams, business development, and finance to optimize subscriber acquisition, retention, and revenue. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive planning models, including annual operating plan models and monthly forecasting models, to inform business decisions. Support the development of blithequark's annual strategy and quarterly planning processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Analyze business cases and scenarios to inform decision-making on pricing, go-to-market strategies, and monetization optimization. Conduct in-depth analyses on drivers of performance for the previous quarter, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with regional teams to anticipate and prepare for EMEA and US business updates. Present complex data insights and recommendations to various stakeholders, including country teams, global teams, and executives. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or economics. Experience working in data-driven environments, driving decision-making through data analysis. High numerical and analytical ability, with attention to detail and rigorousness. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple task schedules and deadlines. A positive, people-oriented, and lively attitude, with the ability to work independently.
