Key Responsibilities
As a Corporate Compliance and Regulatory Paralegal, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert support in regulatory compliance, ideally with experience in the technology and/or gaming industry
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive compliance initiatives forward
- Conducting research and analyzing data to inform compliance decisions
- Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
- Building and maintaining relationships with external partners and regulatory bodies
- Staying up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry trends
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in a technology and/or gaming company
- A paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree; relevant work experience may substitute for educational requirements
- Highly professional, poised, detail-oriented, and positive attitude
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Able to work a full-time schedule during regular business hours on Pacific Time Zone
- Outstanding references

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
The annualized compensation for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. As a Latitude employee, you will also be eligible for:
