Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Account Support Specialist at blithequark, your duties will include:

- Meeting required performance standards and metrics through completing phone calls and maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions.
- Maintaining established objectives for delinquency, repossessions, and net losses, and staying up-to-date with changes in policies and procedures.
- Utilizing our computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient and effective account management.
- Documenting all accounts accurately, clearly, and concisely, noting the reason for delinquency and any agreements or actions taken.
- Responding to customer inquiries with accurate information, professionalism, and integrity, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported.
- Adhering to all state and federal laws in the handling of accounts, ensuring compliance and protecting both our customers and our company.
Qualifications and Skills

- Ability to work a flexible schedule: This role requires availability for shift requirements between 8:00am – 7:00pm CST Monday – Friday and 8:00am – 12:00pm CST on Saturday.
