Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Account Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our collections team, you will play a vital role in servicing our large and growing portfolio of customers. This is a 100% remote opportunity, and you will be expected to work a variety of shifts between 8:00am - 7:00pm CST, Monday - Friday, and 8:00am - 12:00pm CST on Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Account Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Contacting customers to determine the reason for payment delinquency and negotiating payments.
- Handling accounts with speed and accuracy while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
- Confirming and/or negotiating payment arrangements, researching any discrepancies, and resolving customer complaints.
- Completing phone calls to meet required performance standards and metrics, while ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with empathy and understanding.
- Maintaining established objectives for delinquency, repossessions, and net losses, and staying informed of changes in policies and procedures.
- Utilizing computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting, and documenting all accounts accurately, clearly, and concisely.
- Responding to customer inquiries with accurate information, using professionalism and integrity, and adhering to all state and federal laws in the handling of accounts.
