Key Responsibilities
As an Associate, Customer Acquisition at blithequark, you will be responsible for a range of duties designed to drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and revenue expansion. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working within a dedicated territory and team to achieve revenue-based quotas by selling renewals/services and identifying up-sell opportunities

- Initiating steps to address customer concerns and roadblocks, ensuring prompt resolution and enhanced customer satisfaction

- Handling a high volume of customer contacts via phone and email, with a focus on outbound communication

Essential Qualifications

- Ability to commute to our Nashville, TN hub or work from home with a reliable internet connection
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working in a customer service or sales capacity, with a proven track record of success
- Prior experience in achieving personal and team sales quotas/goals, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices
- Experience in high-volume calling, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new technology and data, with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
