About the Role
We're seeking highly motivated and team-oriented Customer Care Agents to join our 2nd shift and weekend hours team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, live chat, and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work independently to solve unique problems and think outside the box to come up with new ideas for the good of the whole company

Essential Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
