• Continuously develop key sales skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals
• Deliver sensational client care by responding to inquiries about accounts in a fast-paced, dynamic customer care environment
• Record essential account information according to established policies and procedures
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance rules associated with sales and servicing practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of customer care experience, with a focus on building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven success in a customer support and sales environment (2+ years)
