Key Responsibilities
- Service inbound calls while engaging and conversing with entrepreneurs and leaders, learning about their needs and suggesting the right blithequark products.
- Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate suitable product features, benefits, and other aspects of blithequark Small Business Services.
- Continuously enhance key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals.
- Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries regarding accounts in a prompt, organized client care environment.
- Report essential account data according to established policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate integrity by complying with all administrative and compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Customer support experience (2 years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication.
- Proven success in a customer care and sales environment (2 years+).
- Ability to work in a high-speed, metric-driven environment with capable multitasking and navigation in an online environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Education benefits are available.
