- Helping answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, in a clear and concise manner
- Providing our customers with technical support when navigating pharmacy.arenaflex.com, ensuring a seamless online experience
- Serving customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, fostering loyalty and trust

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
- 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating technical proficiency
- Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, showcasing ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, demonstrating a strong background in customer support
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), enabling effective communication with customers and colleagues
