Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Virtually assisting customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions

- Proactively identifying solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, providing personalized support and guidance
- Taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary
- Providing exceptional customer service experience for our customers, working in a fast-paced environment and consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality
- Helping answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, ensuring seamless and efficient support
- Providing our customers with technical support when navigating pharmacy.arenaflex.com, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience
- Serving customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, building trust and loyalty
- Understanding each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship with our customers, providing personalized support and care

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
- 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating proficiency in technology and software applications
- Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, demonstrating expertise in customer support and service
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), able to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Experience working in a customer service or call center, demonstrating familiarity with customer service principles and practices
- Experience working in a healthcare environment, demonstrating knowledge of healthcare principles and practices
- Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality, demonstrating resilience and adaptability
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve common goals and objectives
