**Key Responsibilities**
As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and web to address inquiries about billing, insurance verification, products, or services
* Managing incoming and outgoing calls to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues
* Identifying and resolving complex customer problems, escalating issues to clinical advisors when necessary
* Assisting customers with insurance and payment inquiries, as well as shipping needs
* Providing technical assistance to customers while browsing our online platform
* Serving customers in a timely manner to maximize our relationship with them
* Recognizing each customer interaction as an opportunity to build a long-term relationship
**Eligibility Criteria**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Live in the state of Arizona
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
* Have more than 6 months of professional experience in computer and web applications
* Demonstrate multi-tasking experience and phone and computer skills
* Have a high-speed internet connection from DSL, cable, or fiber-optic with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
* Be able to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks) with two weeks' notice
* Be able to work in a private environment free of distractions and give full attention to the client during work hours
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* More than one year of relevant experience in customer service via phone or email
* Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
* Experience working in a customer service or call center
* Work experience in the medical field
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting productivity and quality standards
* Demonstrated ability to work in a team
