**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Care Specialist in our North Region, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Conducting research to provide accurate and effective solutions to customer issues
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems and improve customer satisfaction
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide expert support
* Utilizing computer systems and software to manage customer interactions and data
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 6 months or more of customer service experience in a similar role
* Residency within the North Region (Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee)
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* High-speed internet connection (40mbps or higher)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry
* Knowledge of our products and services, or a willingness to learn
* Experience with computer systems and software, including CRM platforms
* Certification in customer service or a related field
