The Role: Customer Collections Account Representative
Are you a creative problem solver with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset? In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
- Make arrangements with customers to pay balances in full or set up the best possible arrangements.
- Document all collection activity in the client/arenaflex system in a concise and accurate manner.
- Correct any deficiencies or oversights as outlined by U/M or Manager during telephone monitor, file activity, or QA reviews.
- Maintain good public relations and adhere to Company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements.
- Cope with high-stress environments caused by speaking with emotional callers and maintain concentration and focus to meet performance goals.
- React positively to an ongoing, changing environment and demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals.
- Maintain good working relationships with assigned supervisors and coworkers and work safely without presenting a threat to self or others.
- Perform additional duties as required by management.
What We Look for in a Candidate:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions.
- Possess computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone.

Job Requirements:
As a Customer Collections Account Representative at arenaflex, you must be able to:
- Work remotely in the state of Michigan.
- Be available to work in the office twice a month.
