About the Direct Channel Strategy and Activation Team

The Direct Channel Strategy and Activation (DCS&A) team is dedicated to delivering robust customer experiences across engagement touchpoints by leveraging strategy, data, and tools to bring marketing to life. Our team leads direct channel strategy and consumer data selection for 1:1 marketing campaigns and handles the deployment of direct channel strategies. We achieve these functions in collaboration with internal Disney teams as well as with vendors and software/data providers.

Job Overview

As a Manager II in the DCS&A team, you will be responsible for driving the day-to-day management and execution of direct channel campaigns. You will be considered a subject matter expert in the tools and data our team uses for activation and will provide mentoring and support to others in the team. You will lead partner meetings related to campaign activations for your lines of business and will report to the DCS&A Partner Director. You will work in-office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays. This position does not have direct reports.
