Job Overview
In this part-time, remote position, you will serve as a liaison between blithequark and our customers, providing product and service information, answering questions, scheduling service appointments, and collaboratively resolving any issues that may arise. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers on a daily basis, ensuring that their needs are met with accuracy, efficiency, and a patient, respectful demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large volumes of incoming phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and assess customers' needs, providing personalized solutions and recommendations to achieve satisfaction and build trust
- Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with customers through open, interactive communication, ensuring that their expectations are consistently met or exceeded
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers, utilizing the right methods and tools to ensure that their needs are fully addressed
- Meet personal and team sales targets, as well as call handling quotas, contributing to the overall success of the customer engagement team
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account-related information, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and easily accessible
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. The following are essential requirements for the position:
- A minimum of 12 months of sales and customer support experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong phone contact handling skills, with the ability to actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and respond in a clear, concise manner
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms
- Customer orientation, with a strong focus on providing personalized solutions and recommendations that meet the unique needs of each customer
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are completed to a high standard
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise manner
- Strong reading comprehension and basic math skills, with the ability to accurately interpret and analyze data
- Ability to type 40 words per minute or more, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, between 5:00am and 9:30pm MST
