About the Role: Customer Experience Agent (Overnight Shift)
The Customer Experience team is the backbone of blithequark's customer-centric approach, driving process improvement, order management, and issue resolution to ensure a seamless user experience. As a Customer Experience Agent on the overnight shift, you'll be the face of blithequark, interacting with buyers and sellers to resolve issues, address concerns, and provide top-notch support. Your customer-first attitude and proactive problem-solving skills will be instrumental in delivering exceptional outcomes and fostering a loyal customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with buyers and sellers to resolve customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general inquiries, ensuring a positive experience.
- Provide high-quality, timely resolutions to customer complaints, leveraging expertise in blithequark's products, processes, and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions, driving positive outcomes for users.
- Identify opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience, contributing to process enhancements and best practices.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's products, services, and systems to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What We're Looking For:

- 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality resolutions.
- Availability to work the overnight shift (10pm - 7:00am PST) and weekends, ensuring seamless support for our customers.
- Understanding of ecommerce and marketplace operations, with experience working with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer-first attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred, with previous start-up experience a plus.
- Knowledge of collectibles is a plus, but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:
