About the Role: Customer Experience Chatroom Operator
We're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Chatroom Operator to join our remote Conversion Improvement team. As a key player in our customer experience ecosystem, you'll be responsible for handling complex consumer inquiries, providing contextual responses, and categorizing conversations to inform our natural language model. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound messages via our chat room, addressing consumer questions and concerns in a timely and accurate manner (less than 30 seconds).
- Craft ad-hoc responses that are relevant, compliant, and tailored to the consumer's industry and vertical.
- Escalate conversations to leadership when necessary, ensuring seamless issue resolution.
- Document frequently asked questions and suggest improvements to canned responses.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy (98%+) in response handling, with regular quality assurance audits.
- Achieve a Replies per Hour rate of 60, ensuring efficient conversation management.
- Participate in special projects and tasks as assigned by the team.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Customer Service Chatroom environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise responses in real-time.
