As the face of blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our card members, building strong relationships, and creating memorable experiences. Key Responsibilities Welcome and provide access to our card members upon arrival at the gathering Take ownership and responsibility for the client's experience from start to finish Develop creative solutions to resolve clients' issues or concerns, fostering brand loyalty and creating loyal advocates Utilize the Client's First philosophy in addressing clients' needs and expectations Provide concierge and lifestyle suggestions, travel advice, and minimal reservation assistance Collaborate with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our card members Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 1-year recent experience serving premium clients Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience A passion for serving clients with proactive solutions Excellent interpersonal skills, charming clients with every interaction The ability to listen to clients' needs, proposing tailored suggestions that result in high satisfaction To demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience are preferred: Previous experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment Familiarity with various technology platforms and the ability to adapt quickly Experience working in a client-facing role, with a strong focus on building relationships and providing exceptional service Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities A strong focus on customer service and relationship-building Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
