As the face of arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our card members, responding to their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and provide access to our card members upon arrival at the gathering
- Take ownership of the client's experience from start to finish, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
- Develop creative solutions to resolve clients' issues or concerns, fostering brand loyalty and turning them into loyal advocates
- Utilize the Client's First philosophy in addressing clients' needs and expectations
- Provide concierge and lifestyle suggestions, travel advice, and minimal reservation assistance
- Collaborate with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our card members
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 1-year recent experience serving premium clients
- Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience
- A passion for serving clients with proactive solutions
- Excellent communication skills, charming the client with every interaction
- The ability to listen to the client's needs, propose relevant suggestions, and deliver high satisfaction with the assistance provided
