The Role: Customer Experience Concierge
As a Customer Experience Concierge at blithequark's Centurion Lounge in LAS Airport, you'll be the face of our brand, delivering superior service to our Card Members. You'll work as part of a cohesive team to excite our customers and deliver on our brand promise. Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, creating innovative solutions to resolve issues and concerns.
- Employ the Customer First philosophy to meet customers' needs and expectations, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations.
- Offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance, utilizing your knowledge of the travel industry to enhance the customer experience.
- Partner with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment to ensure the delivery of exceptional service.
Qualifications and Skills:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of recent experience servicing premium customers, preferably in the airline, lounge, or travel industry.
- A passion for delivering proactive solutions and exceptional communication skills to delight customers.
- The ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction.
- Professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions, with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
- Resourcefulness and the ability to use the internet effectively in a face-to-face customer environment.
- Proficiency in multiple technology platforms and the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary and Benefits
The expected hourly pay range for this role is $20.00 to $22.12, with opportunities for bonus incentives and comprehensive benefits. We consider factors such as location, experience, and job-related factors when determining pay.
