Job Description
As a Customer Experience Concierge Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to American Express Card Members visiting the Centurion Lounge. You will be the face of American Express, acting as an ambassador for the brand and providing a unique and personalized experience for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and providing access to Card Members: You will be responsible for greeting Card Members upon arrival, providing them with a warm and personalized welcome, and ensuring that they have everything they need to enjoy their experience in the lounge
