The primary purpose of this role is to provide an outstanding and differentiating customer experience by understanding and responding appropriately to stated and unstated customer needs. As a Customer Experience Professional at blithequark, you will be responsible for communicating in a professional manner while utilizing all available resources and technology in service to both internal and external customers. You will deliver effective, customer-centric support across multiple channels of communication, including phone, email, chat, and text, while supporting all contact center programs.

Required Education/Experience:
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and have a strong attention to detail. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
