Role Description
As an Associate Customer Experience Representative at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our customers to provide order support, answer payment questions, and respond to account inquiries. Your primary goal will be to deliver accurate and quality responses to all customer inquiries and requests via email, ensuring that our customers receive a first-class experience. You will be responsible for:
- Providing accurate and quality responses to all customer inquiries and requests via email, ensuring timely resolution of issues and exceeding customer expectations
- Going beyond for our customers to exceed their expectations and provide a first-class experience, demonstrating a genuine interest in their needs and concerns
- Following existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to accurately and efficiently resolve order issues and customer inquiries, ensuring consistency and quality in our support processes
- Watching for and communicating emerging trends in customer needs and expectations to management and other internal teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer experience
- Educating and empowering our customers on our policies, tools, and product lines, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to get the most out of our products and services
- Using the customer voice to help drive change and site improvements through continuous feedback and escalations, playing a key role in shaping our customer experience strategy
- Triage customer tickets within our team and cross-departmentally, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively, and that our customers receive timely and relevant support
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume technology organization (SaaS/eCommerce preferred), gaming or hobby industry, or related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn complex systems, with a strong emphasis on word processing, and experience with CRM systems such as Zendesk or Salesforce
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration, communication, and mutual support
- Familiarity with the collectible gaming industry, or a willingness to learn and adapt to our products and services
- Experience working with a high-performing customer experience team, with a focus on driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
Requirements
This position requires:
- A working schedule of 5:00pm - 2:30am EST (Sunday - Thursday OR Tuesday - Saturday), with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and customer demands
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of customer inquiries and requests, and a focus on prioritization, organization, and time management
