Your responsibilities will include: Taking great care of our customers, including smiling, providing a sincere greeting, handing out stickers and hats, delivering food to tables, asking customers about their meal, and clearing their trays Receiving and entering customer orders with a smile and processing payments using the register/computer terminal at the counter or in the drive-through Organizing and handing out all food and drink orders, serving as a final quality control check to ensure that only high-quality products are served Preparing fresh produce, including peeling and dicing potatoes, slicing and chopping onions, slicing tomatoes, leafing lettuce, and more Working in a team-oriented environment, anticipating when others need help and being willing to assist, and asking for help when needed Creating a spotless and sparkling environment by cleaning your individual workstation, store, and surrounding area, including daily cleaning duties before and after each shift and ongoing cleaning responsibilities during business hours Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a genuinely friendly and positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Prior work experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required. You should be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, anticipate customer needs, and provide exceptional customer service.
