Job Overview
As a Customer Implementation Manager at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our new large law firm customers have a positive and productive experience implementing and transitioning to our solutions. For a period of 3 to 6 months post-close, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all activities related to the implementation process.
