We're seeking an experienced Customer Logistics Manager to join our Transportation Operations team in Brownstown, MI. **Key Responsibilities**
* Oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, ensuring the attainment of daily operational goals
* Lead a team of direct reports, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities
* Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing delays
* Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations, maintaining a strong focus on health and safety management
* Develop and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and productivity gains

**Qualifications**
* H.S. diploma/GED required
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
* Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field required
* One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) is required
* Logistics industry knowledge is advanced required
* Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations is advanced required
* Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components is intermediate required
* Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production is advanced required

**Compensation**
* Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience
