Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service experience (Preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously (Required)
- Proficiency in Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) (Preferred)
- At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
