Job Summary
As a Customer Service Agent with blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers of our client companies, providing knowledgeable answers to their questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. This is a 1099 contractor position, offering the flexibility to work from home and choose your own hours. You'll have the opportunity to work with multiple clients and enjoy a variety of streams of income.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues proactively
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs and ensure seamless issue resolution
- Perform data entry in various platforms, maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient workflow
Essential Qualifications:
- Must be 18+ years old
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to pass a third-party background check
- Reliable Windows 10+ computer, USB headset, and Ethernet (hard-wired internet) connection
