Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Be conversant in English and Spanish in both spoken and written communication, with Catalan also attractive
- Have appropriate work authorization to work in the United States at the time of applying
- Be able to work a fixed or potentially rotating schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Have the ability to type at least 30 words per minute to utilize the specialist's computer set
- If currently employed by Delta, perform acceptably in your current position
- Demonstrate that safety is fundamentally important while handling personal information

- Consistently prioritize the well-being and safety of self, others, and personal information
- Have a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
