Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be responsible for supporting the Customer Service & E-Commerce programs at your assigned store, focusing on driving safety, quality of outbound online orders, excellent pickup experience, team productivity, and program execution. You will lead processes supporting the checkout experience and grocery delivery & pickup, monitor key performance indicator metrics and visual cues in-store to assess the Team’s performance, and ensure adherence to all applicable health and safety regulations. As a Supervisor, you will also support the Team Leader in leading and developing Team Members, promoting blithequark core values, Leadership Principles, and goals, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
