Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service and Operations Analyst to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our Global Merchant and Network Services (GMNS) Functional Excellence group, you will play a critical role in driving risk-based decisioning and management of control and compliance objectives to support business needs while promoting a strong culture of risk management. Your expertise in data analysis, process improvement, and project management will help us drive automation, enhance reporting and analytics, and deliver meaningful insights to inform business decisions.
