Job Overview

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. As a Premier Service Consultant, you'll be the frontline in providing solutions to prospective and existing customers, optimizing their service experience, driving satisfaction, and loyalty. You'll handle new service requests, help customers get set up with the latest voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices, and address existing customer needs, including billing and payment, plan changes, upgrades, and technical support.
